1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of any website (collectively, the ‘Websites’) and services (the ‘Services’) operated by Health365 Pte Ltd (UEN: 202032404W) or MCNAsia Agency Pte Ltd (UEN: 202325280H), both companies incorporated in Singapore with their registered address at 9 ONE-NORTH GATEWAY, #01-45, ONE-NORTH RESIDENCES, SINGAPORE 138643.
1.2 All access to any part of the Websites is governed by the terms and conditions below and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any of these Terms, please discontinue the use or access of the Websites, or use of the Services, immediately.
1.3 By continuing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.4 We may from time to time update these Terms. Each time you use the Websites, you acknowledge and agree that the latest version of these Terms shall apply.
1.5 In these Terms, the words “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Health365 Pte Ltd or to MCNAsia Agency Pte Ltd.
